Mihingo Lodge

Built on a rocky outcrop overlooking the plains on one side and with a view of Lake Mburo on the other, Mihingo Lodge is quite unique!

Our room was a tent pitched on a platform that extended out to a verandah over the forest canopy, with a permanent and luxurious en suite bathroom with running hot water adjacent.

The food was delicious and we enjoyed a pre-breakfast dip in the pool before heading on to our next destination.
