Royal Drum Makers

On the road to Masaka on the first day of our safari we stopped at Mpambire to visit the royal drum makers.  Playing the drums requires some technique as I found my fingers were deadening the sound.  The drums are made by hollowing a tree trunk and then stretching a cow skin tightly over the top and bottom.
